Tonight Asbury Lanes has got Scranton punks The Menzingers for what should be a great show for those with or without dates. Richie Ramone of The Ramones is in Long Branch at The Brighton, and New Brunswick's Court Tavern will be putting on some Anti-Valentine's Day Burlesque.
Tomorrow Asbury Lanes takes their shot at some Anti-Valentine's Day weirdness with Cavalcade of the Odd's "Kisses 'n Concussions." Dark City Entertainment, the new venture of everyone's favorite Wonder Bar bartender and Happy Mondays booker Christine Feola, has a hand in presenting the "Rock For No Love" breast cancer benefit at The Wonder Bar. The Saint will be rocking with the CD release party for hard rockers New Theory.
You won't see me at any of these this weekend as the family and I will be escaping the bad weather here for a weekend trip to... ...Buffalo, NY. We'll be meeting our new nephew, and I've been promised a day of ice fishing. Joy!
