You can interpret that extra "F" however you like. But I will say, "Finally, another weekend is here." It's been a hectic week here at CoolDad Music HQ, and I'm ready for some musical therapy.
Tonight, The Lawrence Arms headline Asbury Lanes, while Billy Hector turns in a couple of free sets at Langosta Lounge. Classic rockers The Moody Blues play the first of two nights in Red Bank at The Basie. In New Brunswick, The Clydes play a record release show at The Court Tavern.
Tomorrow, you can join Scars on 45, Goldspot, Bog Iron Bloom, and Harper's Fellow for the Jeff Raspe / Scott Stamper double birthday bash over at The Saint. The Moody Blues are back at The Basie. Langosta Lounge has a free "Evening With" River City Extension's Joe Michelini. Michelini promises new material, covers, requests, and conversation for the acoustic show (You can check out a Joe Michelini acoustic set from back in October at the Wonder Bar here.).
