I Did This Video for Hot Blood's "Real Bad Case"

Like 1984? Then You'll Love 2014.

Yesterday afternoon our friends came over so the kiddos could all swim in the pool together. I've known my friend Dina since grade school, so we have a pretty good idea of what we each find funny. She showed me this YouTube video from some national aerobics championship thing that had to be from the early 80s, and we all had a good laugh over it.

I went and found the "extended version" and used it as the basis for a video for Hot Blood's "Real Bad Case." The song is a standout off of Hot Blood's excellent No Kings, which you should definitely grab when you get the chance.

Anyway, I obviously have too much time on my hands. Though, funny thing is, I really don't...
