Lunch Ladies released a new single today and return to The Saint in Asbury Park tonight.

"Pick Yourself Up"

A couple of weeks ago, I told you about the upcoming debut album from New Jersey's Lunch Ladies. Down on Sunset Strip is out via Good Eye Records on March 10th; and, today, Lunch Ladies released the first single.

"Pick Yourself Up" is a soaring bit of dream pop featuring some slightly overdriven and jangly guitars from Matt Whitley and Matt Ramiz along with some upbeat drum... ...well... ...beats from Peter Gargano and an ethereal, crooning vocal from Cynthia Rittenbach. The song includes a swaying outro that lends to the dreamy, retro vibe.

Lunch Ladies are braving the elements along with Kino Kimino, Fruit & Flowers, and EVL MOMMZ tonight, January 23rd, to play live at The Saint in Asbury Park.
