Eil-o Goes to College
It's gonna be an emotional final weekend of the decade as our extended family, The RockNRoll Hi-Fives, play the final New Jersey shows of their illustrious run as America's Most Rocking Family Band. Eilee is getting ready to head off to college in the fall, and the future looks bright for all of the Centenos. We just won't necessarily have them showering us all with confetti anymore, so make sure you make it out on either Friday, 12/27, at Asbury Park Yacht Club -- featuring Mulch and brought to you by Little Dickman Records and Yours Truly -- or Saturday, 12/28, at FM in Jersey City -- featuring Well Wisher, Shithead's Rainbow, and WAVE.
There are plenty of other things to do this weekend as 2019 winds down. Thursday & Friday bring the second annual "What a Wonderful Year" celebration to Wonder Bar. Gaten Matarazzo and Work In Progress are at The Stone Pony on Friday. The Asbury Park Punk Rock Flea Market returns to Convention Hall on Saturday. And Sonic Blume spend part of their winter break at The Saint with Shoobies, Skyeline, and Molly Ringworm on Sunday.
