It's a presidential election year and an Olympic year, so that means we get an extra day in February. Woo hoo! Yay! I guess.

Bethlehem Steel, Desert Sharks, The Warhawks, and Feral Scouts are at Brooklyn's ALPHAVILLE. on Thursday. Also on Thursday, the free Jersey Rock Showcase at AP Festhalle & Biergarten features Lowlight, Natalie Farrell, Lou Panico, and B. Wood. On Friday, Joey Cape and Chris Chesswell are at AP Brewery. Vacation are at Gold Sounds in BK with Snakeskin, Substitute, Anna Altman, and rpllnt. Iron Chic, Shellshag, Proper, and Night Surf are at St. Vitus. The Vansaders and latewaves celebrate their split single release at Wonder Bar on Saturday along with kqhyt kqhyt. Lowlight play a hometown show at Old Franklin Schoolhouse in Metuchen with Radiator King, Sonofdov, and Karnevil. Joseph Arthur plays The Saint. On Sunday, 10PRL in Long Branch hosts a Bernie Sanders fundraiser featuring Fake Pockets, The Foes Of Fern, The Dirty Shine, and Cranston Dean.
