Rosi spent the end of 2019 in Philly as did Lucy Dacus. Dacus headlined three nights at Johnny Brenda's on 12/29-12/31, and Rosi stoped in last Sunday night. We covered Lucy Dacus's performance at White Eagle Hall back in the spring, and the opportunity to catch such an enthralling performer in such an intimate venue was too much for Rosi to pass up.
