Drying Out
After a soggy couple of days, it looks like things will be drying out this weekend. No need to bring your umbrellas, then, as you head out to check out some of the interesting things that will be happening.
Tonight, Sound Waves will be using their weekly, free showcase to throw Tiff Asraf (sister of Brick + Mortar's Brandon Asraf and a fine musician in her own right) a going away party as she prepares to leave for the West Coast. In addition to Tiff, tonight's bill includes Those Modern Cavemen, Chloe Demos, and The Drive Home.
Friday, Lost In Society will be holding an intimate tour kickoff show at Bands On A Budget with help from Boston's OC45 and The Battery Electric. Space will be limited, so buy tickets in advance or arrive early. All Time Low and Man Overboard will be defending pop punk at a sold-out show at Starland. The Court Tavern in New Brunswick has a bill that includes NGHTCRWLRS, Grass Is Green, Risk Relay, Hot Fang and CoolDad Music Favorite, Sink Tapes.
On Saturday,
