It was a good week for Rock and Roll Hair. Both Ruby The Hatchet and War On Women inspired me to get this post up just in time for the start of the second half of 2016. This installment features both of those bands along with some of the usual suspects like The Battery Electric. There are also some new heads that I saw down in Austin during South By Southwest or at Brooklyn's Northside Festival.
