Happy Halloween!
I always loved Halloween. When I was in college at NYU, the Village Halloween Parade was one of my favorite things of the year. Now, it's just fun to see the cooldaughters having a good time with it.
Anyway...
Lowlight play The Saint on Thursday in support of America Part Two along with Shred Flintstone, Idle Wave, and Blaise. Sleater-Kinney are at Hammerstein Ballroom in Manhattan, and Angel Olsen brings her tour (which stopped in Asbury last night) to Philly. Los Straitjackets play Wonder Bar on Friday with Coffin Daggers. On Saturday, Brick+ Mortar and Dentist are back in Jersey finishing up their tour at Asbury Lanes.
Lots of other stuff on a party weekend. This is one of those weekends where I'll implore you even more strongly than usual not to drink and drive.
