After a virtual trip to New Brunswick with a couple of posts earlier today, we make our way back home to lovely Asbury Park where we can watch the new video from our besties Dentist.
The clip premiered over at The Vinyl District this afternoon and features an award-worthy performance from Emily Bornemann. You can't even tell that she was absolutely freezing for the whole shoot. The rest of the band dressed a little more appropriately for the weather, and the whole thing provides a nice contrast to the summery, surfy feel of one of the standout tracks from Dentist's self-titled LP.
Full disclosure: I worked on this video with the band and director, Gentleman Jim Norton, as boombox holder and production assistant. Let's call that combo "excecutive producer." Yeah.
Anyway, it was freezing that day; and Emily answered the call and performed like a real trooper.
